Twenty-five years ago, a brand was born driven by purpose, vision, and courage. In a small 300 m² shed, with a simple structure and just three employees, Flash Cover began its journey with a bold goal: to manufacture 10 tonneau covers per day. What seemed like a challenge to many became the starting point for one of the largest companies in the automotive accessories sector in Brazil, now exporting to over 20 countries worldwide.

Today, with a total area of 70,000 m² and 40,000 m² of built-up space, Flash Cover is synonymous with quality, innovation, and trust. A brand that has solidified its position in the market while maintaining its essence and passion: to offer protection, style, and practicality for pickup truck enthusiasts.

A story that begins with hard work and an entrepreneurial spirit
It all started in 1999, when Márcio Caldeira — now the company’s Executive Director — decided to leave São Paulo and move to Santa Fé do Sul, in the interior of the state. At 14, he was already taking his first steps in the world of mechanics, studying at SENAI and specializing in tooling, precision milling, and general mechanics. Over time, he opened a small factory producing tubular automotive parts, which later evolved into an accessory retail store.

That’s when the innovative idea emerged: to create a tonneau cover with a direct-fit system in the truck bed rail, eliminating the need for external buttons. This invention revolutionized the market and elevated Flash Cover to a new level. The company expanded its production line and invested in new technologies, always focusing on the needs of its partners and resellers.

Throughout these 25 years, Flash Cover has never stopped innovating. The pursuit of more practical, efficient, and visually superior solutions led to the creation of a complete line of tonneau covers, each with distinct features to suit various pickup truck models and customer profiles.

    Foldable hard cover with a quick-release system, design that follows the truck bed contours, excellent sealing, and easy handling. Ideal for those who want to turn their bed into a real trunk.
  • Flash Roller:
    Rolling cover with reinforced fabric, injected handle, stitched rubber edge, and built-in tensioners — designed for daily practicality and durability.
  • Flash All Black:
    Sophisticated finish with absolute black across all components — fabric, locks, and tensioners. A product with low maintenance and a lot of style.
